Jury Simulator is designed exclusively for plaintiff trial attorneys, co-counsel, paralegals, and related law firm staff. By registering, you verify that you represent plaintiffs in civil litigation and are not using the platform on behalf of insurance defense companies or commercial defendants in active disputes.
Jury Simulator utilizes statistical demographics and artificial intelligence models to predict mock juror sentiments, evaluate witness delivery, and estimate settlement ranges. These outputs are predictive heuristics designed for strategy preparation and do not constitute:
Subscriptions are managed securely via Stripe. Quotas, cases, and active features correspond to your selected tier. Subscriptions renew automatically monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time, keeping access through the end of the current billing run.
JSim owns all platform layout codes, design assets, and simulation engines. Attorneys retain complete ownership of all uploaded complaints, files, and transcript text histories.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
