• We enforce strict access control so that only authorized members of your firm can access case folders.
• Zero data sharing occurs between distinct firm accounts.

3. Zero Data Training Policy

Case facts and transcripts uploaded to your Knowledge Base are utilized solely to generate local simulated juror panels and run focus groups. We enforce zero data training agreements with all API model providers, guaranteeing that your inputs are never used to train third-party machine learning models.

4. Information We Collect

When you register, we collect personal contact details: First Name, Last Name, Work Email, and Firm Name. When using the platform, we store your uploaded text files, transcript clips, notes, and simulation histories on secure, encrypted cloud servers.

5. Data Deletion and Portability

Attorneys retain complete ownership of their litigation data. You may download complete transcript histories, strategy reports, and note folders at any time. Upon request or subscription cancellation, case materials are wiped from our cloud databases within 90 days.
